Grand Teton & Yellowstone * Day Three 08-21-08

I rode a Jackalope in Wyoming.

The Grand Teton is 13,770'. It is the second highest mountain in Wyoming.

We drove around the west side of Yellowstone.

The old buffalo ambles down the road.

My first time to be west of the Continental Divide.

We arrived at Old Faithful just as she was about to blow.

What a site.

The Treasure State ranks 4th is land area and 44th in population. The largest city is Billings and Helena is the capital.

Montana license plate

This is the closest rainbow that I have ever seen and it was in Big Sky Country. I wonder if there is a pot of gold where it touches the ground.

We drove 384 miles today and spent the night in Livingston, Montana.
