I made sure to get all my prayers in on Sunday as I will soon be heading on my biggest journey yet. I will be traveling with Edwin's parents on a full western exploration. This trip will start in SE Kansas and stretch all the way up to Alaska and then back again. I can't wait as it has been quite a while since I have done any traveling.

This is going to be good. Paul is going to come back with a nice collection of state maps. And Paul - if you get hungry she has secret stash of granola bars in the van she doesn't want you to know about.
Thanks Mrs. G for the secret info. Seems like I saw her take them out of the cabinet and head to the bedroom. Wondered why she was taking them into the bedroom---guess to pack in the suitcase.

Well, folks, must hit the hay as the stage coach pulls out pretty early in the morning. Tried to get a later one, but only one per day in this remote section of Kansas. I understand that Fort Hays is the first stop. Hope the Indians are peaceful as we cross the prairie. I don't have any hair so guess I shouldn't worry about being scalped.
It will be many moons before I can contact you again. I understand the stage doesn't have a lap top so I won't be able to send any pictures of my trip until we get back. So sit tight folks.....it will be worth the wait.
